We accept return requests under the following conditions:
✅ Eligibility for Returns:
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice) is required.

Opened or used products
Items purchased on sale or with discount codes
Free samples or promotional items
Perishable goods and consumables once opened

After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
💰 Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original mode of payment.
Refunds are not guaranteed if:
Returned items are damaged, used, or tampered with
Products are returned beyond the 7-day return window
The return was not authorized prior to shipping
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, leaking, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We will promptly arrange a replacement or full refund.
